How Does HRrates.com’s Free Quote Request Service work?
HRrates.com enables businesses to receive free quotes from multiple suppliers for a variety of popular Human Resources (HR) service categories including employee benefits, payroll services, HR outsourcing and more. If you’re a Buyer, HRrates.com saves you time and effort, allowing you to focus on your business while HRrates.com matches your quote request with the Providers whose profiles most closely match your requirements.
To request quote:
A Buyer selects an HR service category, completes a brief form describing their requirements for that service and provides their contact information.
If the Buyer has not previously created an HRrates.com account they will need to click their account confirmation link in an email which is sent automatically to the email address they entered when registering (they will only have to perform this step once). Clicking the confirmation email will automatically activate their account.
Once the Buyer’s account is activated their proposal request is matched to Providers who can best meet their needs.
Matching Providers are then sent a copy of the quote request and the Buyer is sent a list of the Providers who have received their request.
Buyers will usually be contacted by Providers within 48 hours, and both parties can then communicate directly with each other to complete the transaction.
HRrates.com will match you with the providers who most closely match your Quote Request. The exact number will depends upon the category of your request, any particular specifications you mention in your Quote Request, and your location. While the number may vary, typical Quote Requests result in matches with 3-5 Providers. HRrates.com asks Providers to follow up with Buyers within 1-2 business days. You may indicate to the Providers whether you prefer to be contacted by email or phone or through the HRrates.com Private Message Board.
How Do I Submit a Quote Request?
Submitting a Quote Request is very simple. You will first need to select a category on the initial page of the Quote Request, then complete the form with information on your needs for this service or product. You will then register for a Member account if you do not have one, and submit your Quote Request.
